- EU: 5–14 business days

All items are carefully packed to ensure safe transport, especially for fragile or vintage objects.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Right of Return
Customers have the right to request a return only under specific conditions.
Returns are accepted if:
- the item is significantly not as described
- the item arrives damaged during shipping (with proof)
- the return request is made within the legal timeframe (EU regulations apply where applicable)
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:
- vintage and second-hand items with normal signs of age
- items sold as “restored” or “as-is” when clearly described
- products damaged after delivery
- items purchased due to buyer’s change of mind
Each item is unique and may show natural wear consistent with its history.
2.3 Return Procedure

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
2.4 Return Shipping

3. Vintage Disclaimer
All products sold by Svintage Milano are vintage or second-hand.
Therefore:
- imperfections are considered part of the item’s character
- slight variations from photos may occur
- restoration or aging marks are not considered defects
